At The Pilates Movement, we believe that how you care for your body is just as important as how you move it. That’s why we’ve created a beautifully designed, high-end Wellbeing Room — a calm, indulgent space where modern wellness technology meets deep relaxation.
Featuring a state-of-the-art 5 person Sunlighten mPulse infrared sauna, along with two Odyssey cold plunge pools set to two different temperature experiences it’s the ultimate recovery space. Our wellness area has been thoughtfully created to support everyday health, calm the nervous system, recover from injury or reduce inflammation and help your body function at it’s very best. It also hosts many other uses such as weight loss, detoxification, stress relief, or simply offset getting older.
This is not a rushed or overstimulating gym spa where you never know what experience you may have. It is a private, quiet, restorative retreat, seamlessly integrated into our Godalming studio — a place to slow down, reset, and reconnect with how your body feels.
Whether you’re easing joint stiffness, improving sleep and energy, managing stress, or supporting long-term mobility and resilience, this space exists to help you feel stronger, clearer, and more at ease — not just after exercise, but in everyday life.
Ultimately, it’s about more than recovery. It’s about moving well, living well, and feeling your best for years to come.
The Wellbeing Room is based within our Godalming studio on Godalming High Street.
From the moment you step inside, the wellbeing room invites you to pause.
Styled with warm lighting, natural textures, and considered design we have created an atmosphere that feels calm, private, and indulgent — a space where recovery feels like a pleasure, not a chore.
