At the Pilates Movement, with stunningly presented studios in the heart of Godalming and Guildford, we offer a comprehensive timetable of varying levels of Reformer Pilates sessions. Alongside fully dedicated private Personal Training Studios in both our Godalming and Guildford locations. Our Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes are of the highest standard, delivered by our amazing team of experienced instructors.
The classes are a variety of mixed levels, along with Personal Training we have something suitable for someone starting out, someone experienced in Reformer Pilates, or maybe someone in between… Our classes are designed to get amazing results, from weight loss, improved mobility and body tone, always fully supervised by our experienced team.
We strongly believe that every single person deserves to feel good about themselves, move freely and comfortably within their bodies without being restricted by their surroundings in any way or form. Pilates Reformer Classes offer one of the most versatile forms of physical fitness, it’s a great way to achieve that flexibility in the body and develop increased core strength.
The Pilates Reformer is truly an amazing piece of equipment which helps your body to find length and space whilst under spring tension. Its not just a workout for your core, but also creates internal pressure to lengthen the spine, joints and muscles which then leads to greater flexibility, strength, stamina and a more balanced posture.

The Pilates Movement in Godalming and Guildford offers a variety of Pilates Reformer Classes to select from, depending on your requirements and ability. There is literally a class for everyone. Our signature class is Reformer Control being accompanied by Reformer Challenge, Reformer Burn, alongside Reformer Lengthen.
If you have specific mobility issues, recovering from an injury or just want a personal approach, then we also offer Personal Training in our dedicated private Pilates Reformer Studios. Personal Training in Godalming or Guildford is also a great way to familiarise yourself with the Reformer, so we always encourage our members to start their Pilates journey with a 1-2-1 to get the most out of their sessions.
Classes last for approximately 55-60 minutes and are hosted by a fully qualified and carefully selected instructor with years of industry experience to ensure each class is of the highest quality.

At The Pilates Movement, we provide a range of varying levels of Reformer Pilates Classes each with a different objective. Our timetable has been meticulously planned based on extensive research, to provide our members with the most convenient times to train.
Personal Training appointments in Godalming or Guildford can be arranged by emailing the Pilates Reformer Studio or calling and discussing with a member of the team. We always encourage a Personal Training session to start your Reformer journey if you have never experienced Reformer Pilates.
Membership credits can be used freely between either our Godalming or Guildford studio by simply toggling between either studio on our easy to use app. So if you can’t find a suitable class at one studio, you should check the other. It’s just a 13 minute drive…

The Pilates Movement was founded by husband and wife team Jeff and Jane. Their vision was to create a friendly community focused reformer pilates studio with classes hosted by the very best industry professionals, with a goal of delivering amazing results for their members.
Our instructors are always lovers of all things Pilates, who share Jeff and Jane’s passion for helping people experience better movement through Pilates. We take great pride in helping members achieve their results and improve their everyday movement.
Our reformer pilates studio trainers mainly adhere to the Dynamic Reformer style, but also utilise the core Classical Pilates principles. Dynamic Pilates is a faster flowing class that aims to restore your body’s natural balance allowing you to swiftly and fluidly move from one exercise to the other. It comprises a series of controlled movements that greatly focus on the core muscles present in the lower back area.
