Opening 19 September. A brand-new Dynamic Reformer Pilates studio on St Johns Road, Woking — small group classes, expert instructors and the results-driven Reformer experience our Surrey members love.
Welcome to Our
The Pilates Movement is coming to Woking. Our fifth Surrey studio opens on 19 September 2026 at 14 St Johns Road — a brand-new, thoughtfully designed space built for one thing only: the best possible Reformer Pilates experience.
You’ll find us at 14 St Johns Road, Woking, Surrey (GU21 7SE), in the heart of St Johns village and just a few minutes from Woking town centre — easy to reach whether you’re coming from Knaphill, Horsell, Goldsworth Park, Brookwood or Mayford.
We specialise exclusively in Dynamic Reformer Pilates, a results based method that uses the Pilates methodology and the Reformer’s spring resistance system to build strength, flexibility, stamina and improve posture through flowing, controlled movements. Each class follows our signature mobilise-strengthen-stretch framework, delivered by expert instructors in small groups so every member receives individual attention.
We opened our first studio in Godalming and have grown across Surrey ever since — Guildford, Farnham, Ashtead and Woking — building a community of members who train with us because the method works. Woking is next, and from day one you’ll get the same instructors, the same premium equipment and the same small-group attention our members know us for.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking for a studio that matches your ambitions, The Pilates Movement Woking is built for you.

From 19 September, our Woking studio offers results driven Reformer Pilates classes, each following our signature mobilise-strengthen-stretch framework at a different pace and a level right for you. All classes are delivered in small groups by expert instructors, so whether it’s your first ever class or your five hundredth, you’ll be looked after.

Woking’s newest dedicated Reformer Pilates studio, designed from the ground up for Dynamic Reformer Pilates on premium equipment — not a class squeezed into a corner of a gym.
Every Woking class is led by a handpicked instructor specialising in Dynamic Reformer Pilates. You’ll train with someone who knows how to get the best from every member in the room and cater for injuries or conditions.
Our Woking classes are kept deliberately small so your instructor can give you individual attention — correcting form, offering progressions and making sure every session counts.
Right on St Johns Road, minutes from Woking town centre and easily reached from Knaphill, Horsell, Goldsworth Park and Brookwood. St Johns Lye car park is free and only a 2-minute walk away, so there’s no scramble for a space before class.
One membership covers all five studios. Use your Woking credits at Godalming, Guildford, Farnham, Ashtead or Woking whenever you like, handy if you work or live between towns.

Absolutely. Our studios welcome complete beginners every week. Instructors guide you through every movement with clear cues and modifications, so there’s no pressure to keep up — you work at your own pace from day one.
Not at all. The Reformer’s adjustable spring system means every exercise can be made easier or harder depending on where you are. Plenty of our members joined without any fitness background and progressed quickly.
Reformer Pilates is frequently recommended by physiotherapists for injury recovery and rehabilitation. Mention any conditions to your instructor before class and they’ll modify the session accordingly. For specific concerns, a private 1-2-1 session is a great starting point.
Yes, and it’s free. St Johns Lye car park is a 2-minute walk from the studio at 14 St Johns Road, so you can park without charge and be on the Reformer in a couple of minutes.
