Personal Training is the fastest and most tailored way to progress, whatever your starting point. Most of our studios have an adjoining private training space used exclusively for one-to-one sessions, so you get the comfort and focus of a completely private environment alongside all the equipment and expertise of the main studio.

If you’re brand new to Reformer Pilates or to exercise in general, Personal Training is a brilliant way in. You’ll learn the equipment properly, understand how your body moves, and build a foundation that makes every group class afterwards feel easier and more productive. It’s also where we work with members rehabilitating from injury, following the guidance of physios, osteopaths or consultants, or training toward something specific like a sporting event, a wedding, or recovery from surgery.

Sessions last 50 – 55 minutes and are always delivered by one of our professional team members. Every programme is designed around you using our Dynamic Reformer methodology, and there’s no set format. Just a trained instructor, the right equipment, and a plan that works for your body and your life. Whether you want one session or twenty, the approach stays the same: tailored, honest, and focused on results that matter to you.

Each session lasts 55 minutes and takes place in our private adjoining studio. That gives us proper time for a warm up, focused work and a cool down without feeling rushed.

Not at all. We work with complete beginners, long-standing members refining technique, athletes training around a sport, and people rehabilitating with guidance from their physio or consultant.

Yes, and we often recommend it. Many members do one or two Personal Training sessions a month alongside their group classes to work on specific movements or address individual needs.
