HIGH-INTENSITY REFORMER
Feel the burn. Love the strength
ABOUT THE CLASS
Reformer Burn is built to do one thing exceptionally well: make you stronger, more toned and more resilient than you’ve ever been. It’s choreographed to the highest standard so the session flows continuously from start to finish along with having a Personal Training ethos on getting results. No standing around, no waiting, and not much sympathy either. This is a non-stop, body-changing, aesthetic-focused workout that gets results because we don’t shy away from the hard parts.
You won’t find many stretches or fancy moves in Burn. What you will find is power-based sequencing, longer set times, and a relentless focus on working muscles to fatigue and then to failure. That’s where real muscle growth and development happens, and it’s why Burn has become one of our most loved and most demanding formats. It sits firmly in the strengthen phase of our Dynamic Reformer framework — mobilise and stretch belong elsewhere in your week.
It’s fun, genuinely. The flow is tight, and the community of people who keep coming back for more is brilliant. But don’t expect an easy ride. Burn is not suitable if you’re new to exercise, working around an injury, or pregnant. If any of those apply, Foundations or Personal Training will serve you much better while you build up.
Longer set times and power sequences push your muscles past fatigue into real growth territory.
No breaks, no waiting around. The class is choreographed to keep your heart rate up throughout.
Members consistently report better muscle tone, strength and body composition within weeks.
Progressive overload on the Reformer delivers strength gains you can see and feel.
The aesthetic-focused sequencing is designed to sculpt and define.
Continuous, high-intensity movement means a genuine cardiovascular challenge.
Working to fatigue and failure is where real progress lives, and Burn takes you there safely.
A single session delivers more than most hour-long gym workouts.
Burn regulars are a tight crew. Expect encouragement, good vibes and shared shaking...

It’s hard. Honestly. That’s the point. We work muscles to fatigue and then failure, which is where change happens. If you’ve got a base level of fitness and you’re ready to be challenged, you’ll love it.
No. Burn isn’t suitable if you’re new to exercise or new to the Reformer. Start with Foundations or Control, build your base, and you’ll enjoy Burn far more when you’re ready for it.
Two to three times a week is ideal for most people, ideally mixed with a Control or Foundations class so your body gets stretching and recovery alongside the intensity.
No. Burn builds lean, functional muscle and improves tone rather than adding bulk. Most members report feeling tighter, stronger and more defined rather than bigger.
No, Burn isn’t suitable during pregnancy or while rehabilitating an injury. Please speak to us and we’ll point you towards Pre and Post Natal options, Foundations or Personal Training instead.
