Our Guildford studio is closest for most people, though Farnham is also a quick option depending on where in Camberley you’re coming from.

Is parking available at the Guildford studio?

There’s plenty of parking nearby – York Road Car Park is a 7-minute walk with 595 spaces, and Bedford Road Car Park is around 9 minutes away with 1,033 spaces. The studio is also just a 9-minute walk from London Road Station, making it easily accessible from Cobham, Oxshott, Leatherhead and surrounding areas.

Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Many beginners join us from Camberley, and our instructors make sure you feel supported from the first moment you step onto the Reformer.

How often should I attend to see progress?

1–2 sessions per week is ideal for beginners. Most people notice improvements in mobility and core strength quickly, with visible results after 10–20 classes.

What should I bring or wear?

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing and grip socks. Trainers aren’t needed, as sessions take place entirely on the Reformer machine.

Can I do Reformer Pilates if I’ve had an injury?

Usually yes — the Reformer is low-impact and supportive. Tell your instructor about your injury before class so exercises can be adapted appropriately.
