Which studio is closest to Aldershot?

Are Reformer Pilates classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our instructors tailor every class to your ability, and beginners from Aldershot often tell us how supported they felt in their first session. You’ll be guided through the machine setup, spring settings and technique so you feel confident from the start.

How often should I do Reformer Pilates to see results?

Most people begin with 1–2 sessions per week. You’ll usually feel improvements in mobility and core engagement within a few sessions, with noticeable strength and posture changes after 10–20 classes — especially with consistent attendance.

What should I wear for my first Reformer class?

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move easily. Grip socks are required for stability and hygiene, and trainers aren’t needed as you’ll work on the Reformer machine barefoot or in socks.

Can I attend classes if I’m recovering from an injury?

In many cases, yes — Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, supportive way to strengthen the body during rehabilitation. Let your instructor know about your injury before class so they can modify movements for safety and comfort.

Best choice to start Reformer Pilates with The Pilates Movement. Everyone has been very, very welcoming and accommodating. I'm a complete beginner and have been treated kindly and been given clear guidance by all with workouts building up slowly and each trainer listening to my requirements. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!
